Diamond is now approximately 13 weeks old and weighs in at 22 pounds.  She has had her second set of vaccinations and the vet declares she is a very healthy puppy! 

A note from her foster Mom:

Diamond is a sweet, happy, social puppy looking for her very own people to call family. This love-bug greets everyone with happy wiggles, and embraces life with gusto! Diamond is an  adorable girl who is confident, relaxed and aims to please: she sits quietly to receive her meals, is learning to walk on leash, and is almost fully housetrained.

She gets along peaceably with her foster family’s two big dogs, two older children, and horse – and she’s learning that the cat is best left alone!  She is a very special girl who is looking for a family with an adult home the vast majority of the time, and a secure fully fenced yard. It will be mandatory that she be taken to basic training classes (approved by Big Heart Rescue) in order to become comfortable in her new life and to ensure a strong bond with her family.
