Seven Reasons to Adopt a Rescued Pet

Puppies are so cute, BUT !...

Big Heart Rescue and Spirit’s Mission appreciates your interest in adopting an animal that has been rescued, and may be in foster care, but is looking for a "forever home".

To protect the animals that we have rehabilitated, we interview prospective families to ensure they can provide both the required daily care and also give lots of love!  Before placing an animal with you we conduct a house visit and discuss any extra-special needs that the animal may have.

Agreeing to adopt an animal means taking on a big responsibility.  We try to ensure that everyone in your household realizes this.  We will do everything possible to make the right match for both you, and the animal.
