Spay / Neuter Grant

Big Heart Rescue was delighted to learn that the Kensington Foundation for Animals in Crisis will provide a grant to the Society to help pay expenses associated with spay / neuter operations for the animals that it rescues and re-homes.

From October 2005 until August 2006 Big Heart Rescue sterilized a total of 83 companion animals.

Because of the incredible support that Big Heart Rescue receives, 45 dogs, 37 cats and 1 rabbit will no longer reproduce and contribute to the overwhelming population of lost and needy souls.

A huge thank  you to our participating vets, transporters, Pacific Coastal Airlines, foster homes, volunteers and financial supporters!

Sincerely,

The Board of Directors
Big Heart Rescue
