Saturday's Big Heart / Animal Advocates garage sale was such a huge success, we decided to hold it over to Sunday! Thanks to our generous donors, we had a huge selection of items, including books, garden ornaments, stuffed animals and Christmas decorations. This time the weather cooperated, sunny and warm.

Supervised by canine volunteers Alta, Luan, Cory and Maddie, the 2-legged volunteer crew was kept busy. Many people who came by were interested in learning more about our rescue groups, and we were glad to tell them about the work we do.

A special thanks to Marj and Daphne who donated so many items we could hardly keep track of them! We couldn't have done it without you! Thanks to everyone's donating and buying, Big Heart Rescue and Animal Advocates each made $275!

No worries for those of you who couldn't make the sale, as we're planning another one in late Sept.
