Balloo !
Big Heart Rescue received a call to help a dog who had been chained his entire life and needed help.
Unfortunately the abuse, neglect, confinement and neurological damage took its toll on darling Balloo and he was put to rest in the loving arms of his saviour.
We miss you Balloo and we will always remember the kind spirit that you are.
