Hunter !
Hunter is a 15 week old puppy that has been badly abused. The RCMP report:
"Tonight I seized a puppy under the cruelty to animals section. It was a puppy who has been thrown from the second floor window of a house. His rear leg is injured, although not broken and I suspect it is probably pulled. Today I received a report that the puppy was also strangled/choked.”
We need to find a good home that can show this baby there is love and safety with humans. Hunter will be making his way to the lower mainland soon, and is going into foster care with a long time BHR supporter who is a dog trainer.

Hunter was taken to the vet today to have
his x-rays done and unfortunately it has been discovered that our sweet little
boy has a badly broken femur and our vet will be informing Big Heart Rescue on
the next step that is needed to help Hunter heal and become a frolicking happy
puppy.
A huge thank you goes out to Hunter's foster Mom who has so kindly opened her heart and her home to a boy who was in desperate need.
