Kaenin !
Stunning Kaenin, a pure breed Malamute came to us from Klemtu and now wishes to begin his life as a beloved family member and an indoor dog! As a true Northern breed, Kaenin will require lots of outdoor play time, a very tall secure fence (he can leap five feet with great ease) and an active family who enjoys camping, hiking and has the time to spend grooming his beautiful coat.
This handsome boy is approximately 1.5 years of age and though Kaenin has gained approximately 10 lbs. he is still very under weight at 68 lbs. Eventually he will weigh around the 80 to 100 lb. mark and anyone who has come into contact with this special guy will tell you that he LOVES both human and canine friends.
The new lucky family that has
Kaenin join them will need to continue his training classes to help him
understand what being a family companion is all about. Like most Northern breed
dogs Kaenin requires a fenced yard and an active family who will take him on
hikes, swimming and engage him with play time.

Kaenin is currently undergoing individual training and this incredible companion is one of the smartest boys the trainer has ever worked with! His desire to please and learn is amazing, his house training is coming along and this will be something that his new family will need to work with.

Kaenin has a home visit pending in North Vancouver and he is very excited to hear he may become a mainland boy!
