Beautiful Mama is a German Shepherd x Husky mix and has found love with her rescuer who has now asked Big Heart Rescue to take her into our arms.
As you can tell by the pictures Mama is a very friendly girl who loves cats and is rather shy and reserved upon her first meeting with new humans.
Once Mama has had the opportunity to know you, she is a snuggle muffin who
wants to be by your side, to feel safe and content.
We estimate that Mama is probably no more than two years of age and she will soon be spayed, vaccinated, de-wormed, de-flead and have a complete vet check.
Her nature is one of forgiveness and she is now looking for her new family that will provide her with love and kindness forever.

January 5
Mama is full of energy, so is just learning how to walk on-leash. She is thrilled to meet new people & dogs. Mama is great with kids too, since she rode all the way from Manitoba with a young girl.
Although full of energy, Mama listens & learns quickly. She now sits before getting her food, & knows that she must wait for the other dogs to get their bowls 1st. She's also very gentle when taking a treat.
We
had an on-leash tromp around Trout Lake last week. Mama loved all the
excitement. Once she understands how fun toys are, she'll probably be a great
ball chaser.
This beautiful girl wishes to find a family of her own as she has never had one. In return she brings a promise of love and joy that holds no bounds.
