Tipsy !
Tipsy is Jerry and Gracie's Mom. She came in from Klemtu and wasn't listed on the BHR website because she had an adoption pending. That home fell through, but then the woman who came to meet Gracie fell in love with both Gracie and Tipsy. So off the two went to live on the lakefront in Lillooet!
