Trooper !
Trooper
and Tucker are litter brothers. Both these mixed-husky boys have grown in leaps
and bounds, are learning house training, what treats mean and can now perform a
wonderful sit when their foster Mom asks.
At 15 weeks of age they weigh approx. 25 lbs., have been vet checked, de-wormed
and had their first set of puppy shots with their second set due shortly.
Trooper and Tucker are very well socialized with children, cats, dogs and find
that playing with larger adult canine friends is a blast. Their days are filled
with training, napping, playing, napping, eating, napping, playing, napping and
of course eating.
And yes, puppies are so cute! But, puppies will grow into dogs. Also, puppies
require a tremendous amount of time and effort on your part.
Puppies need to be feed three or four times a day. They need to be house trained
and will probably have "accidents" in your home.
Puppies may cry and keep you up at night. Puppies chew and they might just chew
up your favourite chair.
Puppies dig and they might just dig up your newly planted rose bush. Puppies
jump up and scratch you or others with their sharp claws.
Puppies nip and their sharp teeth hurt. Puppies need obedience training and they
may still ignore you when you tell them "no".
Puppies need you home with them, so they can learn what love means!!
Mandatory training classes will be required and applicants must have someone
home the vast majority of the time.
Update: September
Trooper has a home --- way to go Trooper!
