Big Heart Rescue was thrilled to attend the RCMP Musical Ride in Nanaimo on August 12. The afternoon and evening shows were both sold out and a large crowd could be seen at the BHR booth. Our newest volunteers Dawne and Larry staffed the booth and were able to share information about the societies work and the need for foster homes, volunteers and support. This was an especially exciting event given our partnership with the RCMP in remote communities. (Scroll down for more photos).
